GENERAL INFO

Second Looks, Resort, and Vintage are already stocked in our facilities. Once receiving your payment, they are ready to ship! Bridal gowns, on the other hand, are made-to-order only, which means that our team will begin work only after receiving the purchase. Please be advised that these gowns take between 1 to 2 months for completion.
Many of our gowns have the option to lengthen the hem or train should you require this customization. If you are looking for a tailored or customized gown that is not suggested online, please email [email protected] We unfortunately do not customize ready-to-wear articles.
Preorders are a limited-time opportunity to order ahead of anyone else. They also include some unique pieces from the collection that might never make it to retail. We will deliver these pieces as soon as they are ready.
Clients located in Paris (or visiting!) can request to pick up their orders in our flagship at no extra cost. Returns can also be done in store, with previous email confirmation. Please note that fittings will not be possible. Unfortunately, we only offer this service at our Parisian botique.
We work with a split size system. This means that we will ask you to share all your measurements and we will be estimating the size that adapts better to your bodyshape. You might need to do some minor alterations to the gown to have it fit to perfection!
Keep your dress stored in its original garment bag. Leave it in a dry place, not exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Place the dress on a flat surface rather than suspending it on a hanger in order to minimize the risk of stretching. Steam your dress the day before your wedding. Maintain an adequate distance between the steamer and the dress. In case of minor imperfections, clean it with a clean white fabric, Marseille soap and some water.
Your dress might suffer from a crazy night of dancing. We recommend taking it to the dry cleaner after. Once clean, fold your dress and place it in a Rime Arodaky conservation box.
Our Rime Arodaky flagship boutique is based at 29 Avenue Hoche, Paris, France. You can easily book a consultation through our site. Alternatively, we have over 30+ global stockists that stock a range of our Rime Arodaky gowns. Find your closest stockist on our stores list. You can also purchase your wedding gown online, you will be requested to enter your measurements and proceed to payement so that our seamstresses can start working on your unique creation!

STORES

Our Rime Arodaky flagship boutique is based at 29 Avenue Hoche, Paris, France. You can easily book a consultation through our site. Alternatively, we have over 30+ global stockists that stock a range of our Rime Arodaky gowns. Find your closest stockist on our stores list.
We recommend you to ask for any specific styles or designers in advance by contacting the boutique directly. Our boutiques have a wide selection of gowns, but it might be that they do not have the one you are looking for. Our flagship located in Paris is the only store that carries all the gowns.
We recommend having your wedding date and venue booked before you begin your search for a dress. It is important to have the date and location established so you can envision the wedding’s overall look, and know when your dress needs to be read. Gowns typically take four to six months to arrive in our store, and alterations generally require one to two months. Start shopping about eight to ten months in advance to ensure you have plenty of time to make up your mind without any stress!

THE WHITE AVENUE, PARIS

We recommend having your first visit 6 to 8 months in advance of your mariage. Most of our brides have 3 - 4 appointments, although this might vary depending on your needs and the boutique's schedule. In general, there is a first appointment to try on the dresses you have loved on our site. This will be your first point of contact with our brand and will allow you to see how you feel on a Rime Arodaky. Then, we will schedule a second appointment with one of our seamstresses so that she can take your measurements. Third and fourth appointments will be to try on the dress and make any alterations needed.
Our Paris boutique charges a 40€ consultation fee. This fee assures that our bridal stylists time is assigned to your special consultation. The fee is redeemable with a gown purchase. Online consultations incur the same fee.
Before booking your fitting, it’s always a good idea to have an idea of the style, silhouette, and budget you'd like to adhere to. By keeping these details top of mind, it'll be easier to find a dress that not only looks the part but keeps you comfortable while celebrating on your big day. Browse our gowns on our site to know what you like!
We suggest to keep your guest count small, as it allows the appointment's focus to stay on you while making sure that feedback is coming from the most genuine place. Due to current restrictions, we are allowing two guests per fitting.
Since you might try a variety of styles, be sure to bring a sticky bra and nude underwear. Another important tip is to bring heels with the height you'd like to wear on your big day in order to get a sense of your preferred dress length and style. Haven’t figured out the exact shoe you want to wear down the aisle? Not to worry, you’re just looking for the height of your heels!
Rime Arodaky gowns are made to measure and the experience includes fittings and alterations in house. Please, note that alterations are not included on the price of the dress.
Of course! Rime Arodaky gowns are made-to-order following standard and split sizes. Designed to be accurate to measurement brackets, in almost all cases, gowns will need small alterations after completion to ensure your gown is perfect for you. We strongly advise our brides to budget for alterations within their gown process.
Unfortunately this will not be possible. Our atelier is dedicated to the making and alterations of our wedding gowns.
The White Avenue is a private showroom in which our stylists offer a personalized experience. Unfortunately we will not be able to welcome you if you have not booked an appointment in advance.
Once you’ve picked your dress, we'll take your measurements and help you to decide what size is most appropriate for you. We require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due when the dress arrives. Due to the nature of made-to-order dresses, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns!
