GENERAL INFO

Our Ready-to-Wear, shoes and bijoux are already stocked in our facilities. After receiving your order, they are ready to ship. Bridal gowns, on the other hand, are made-to-order, which means that our team will begin working on it only after receiving the purchase. These gowns take between 2 to 3 months for completion. Contact us at [email protected] if you are in a rush.
You can either customize an existing gown (e.g. adding or removing the slit), or you can design a fully unique dress with our team. For both options, please contact us at [email protected]. On the other hand the Second Looks are part of our Ready-to-Wear line and therefore non-customisable.
Clients located in Paris (or visiting!) can request to pick up their online orders in our flagship at no extra cost. Returns can also be done in store, with previous email confirmation. Please note that fittings will not be possible. This service is only available at our Paris flagship The White Avenue.
Our Rime Arodaky flagship boutique is based at 29 Avenue Hoche, Paris, France. You can easily book a consultation through our site. Alternatively, we have over 30+ global stockists that stock a range of our Rime Arodaky gowns. Find your closest stockist on our stores list. You can also purchase your wedding gown online, you will be requested to enter your measurements and proceed to payment so that our seamstresses can start working on your unique creation.
For the gowns, we recommend having your first appointment 6 to 8 months before your marriage as this category is made to order. Most of our brides have 3 to 4 fittings although this might vary depending on your needs and the boutique's schedule. The first appointment is usually to try on the gowns you love from our collection, the following ones will be to take your measurements, try on the dress and make the needed alterations. Contact us at [email protected] if you need a gown in a rush. For what concerns the Ready-to-Wear items, they are in stock in our facilities. We however recommend purchasing it beforehand so that you have the time to do the alterations (if needed!).
Keep your dress stored in its original garment bag. Leave it in a dry place, not exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Place the dress on a flat surface rather than suspending it on a hanger in order to minimize the risk of stretching. Steam your dress the day before your wedding. Maintain an adequate distance between the steamer and the dress. In case of minor imperfections, clean it with a clean white fabric, Marseille soap and some water.
Your dress might suffer from a crazy night of dancing. We recommend taking it to the dry cleaner after. Once clean, fold your dress and place it in a Rime Arodaky garment bag and conservation box.
Preorders are a limited-time opportunity to order ahead of anyone else. We will deliver these pieces as soon as they are ready. Contact us at [email protected] if the style you love is sold out in your size.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship globally! All orders are sent via DHL Express and dispatched from our warehouse in Paris, France.
We endeavor to ship all ready-to-wear orders within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched. Bridal Gowns purchased online will be shipped in 2 to 4 months. Please contact us if you need a rush order at [email protected]
We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. If incorrect details have been submitted, we suggest that you contact us immediately via [email protected]
You will receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch to track your order. Please contact us at [email protected] should you need assistance tracking your order.
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 10 days of ship date.
All duties and taxes are included. The price paid at checkout is the final price to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

Once the order is delivered to you, you have 14 calendar days to ask for an exchange or refund. In order for us to accept the return, the items must be in a perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the 14 day returns period, or that are worn or present signs of use. Due to hygienic reasons, we don't accept exchanges or refunds on earrings. Due to their fragility, the Rime Arodaky storage box is non-returnable either. Unless the item is faulty, we are unable to accept returns on made-to-order products (long gowns, veils and sketches). Gift cards are non-refundable.
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your RIME ARODAKY account or back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. The shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or canceled by our service.
Once the order is delivered to you, you have 14 calendar days to ask for an exchange or refund at [email protected]. We will share with you a DHL return label and you will be able to either schedule a pick-up at your home, or drop off the package at a DHL point. Returns that do not meet our policy, that are sent without our return label or without our return confirmation will be refused.

You will receive an email with a link to schedule a pickup at your home, otherwise you will be able to drop off the package at a DHL point. You can find the closest one to you on their website. May you need any help, contact our team at [email protected]
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
The return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. If you chose the Express Shipping, this fee is non-refundable by us.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your RIME ARODAKY account or future orders being refused.

We recommend you to ask for any specific styles in advance by contacting the boutique directly. Our boutiques have a wide selection of gowns, but it might be that they do not have the one you are looking for. Our flagship located in Paris is the only store that carries all the gowns.

THE WHITE AVENUE, PARIS

The appointments made in our Parisian showroom located at 29 avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris are subject to a fee of 40€ for fittings of the gowns collections and 20€ for ready-to-wear collections. The amount cannot be refunded but will be deducted from your order on site. Appointments can be changed online up to 48 hours before the fitting date.
Before booking your fitting, it’s always a good idea to have an idea of the style, silhouette, and budget you'd like to adhere to. We suggest to keep your guest count small, as it allows the appointment's focus to stay on you while making sure that feedback is coming from the most genuine place. We allow two guests per fitting.
Since you might try a variety of styles, be sure to bring a sticky bra and nude underwear. Don't worry about the shoes, you will be able to do your fitting with any of our Rime Arodaky shoes. Our stylists will be able to help you find the perfect pair!
Rime Arodaky gowns are made to measure and the experience includes fittings and in-house alterations. Alterations are not possible on our Ready-to-Wear items at our Parisian Atelier.
Of course! Rime Arodaky gowns are made-to-order following standard and split sizes. Our great team of seamstresses will make sure that the gown is perfect for you.
Unfortunately this will not be possible. Our Atelier is dedicated to the making and alterations of our wedding gowns.
The White Avenue is a private showroom in which our stylists offer a personalized experience. Unfortunately we will not be able to welcome you if you have not booked an appointment in advance.

Once you’ve picked your bridal dress, we'll take your measurements and help you to decide what size is most appropriate for you. At the showroom, we require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due when the dress arrives. On the Eshop you will need to cover the entire price of the dress for the purchase to be completed. Due to the nature of made-to-order dresses, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns.
We want to make sure that you attend each appointment so that we can offer you a unique service and experience. You will be given precious advice and personalized assistance during the fitting of your favorite dresses. We would like to benefit from this time to present our collections, our know-how and to assist you in finding the model(s) that will correspond to your personality and to your event.
Our ready-to-wear collections are available to order online. You have 14 days to exchange or request a refund. We understand that you would like to be accompanied by our stylists and try on these pieces before placing an order. It is with this intention that we have made available dedicated and exclusive appointments in our Parisian showroom. In order to validate these fittings, you will be asked to pay a 20€ fee which will be deducted from your order at the showroom.
Unfortunately confirmed appointments are not refundable. However, you can reschedule your appointment to a later date if you wish.
