GENERAL INFO

Second Looks, Resort, and SALE are already stocked in our facilities. After receiving your payment, they are ready to ship! Bridal gowns, on the other hand, are made-to-order only, which means that our team will begin work only after receiving the purchase. Please be advised that these gowns take between 2 to 3 months for completion.
Many of our gowns have the option to lengthen the hem or train should you require this customization. If you are looking for a tailored or customized gown that is not suggested online, please email [email protected] We unfortunately do not customize ready-to-wear articles.
Clients located in Paris (or visiting!) can request to pick up their online orders in our flagship at no extra cost. Returns can also be done in store, with previous email confirmation. Please note that fittings will not be possible. Unfortunately, we only offer this service at our Parisian boutique.
Our Rime Arodaky flagship boutique is based at 29 Avenue Hoche, Paris, France. You can easily book a consultation through our site. Alternatively, we have over 30+ global stockists that stock a range of our Rime Arodaky gowns. Find your closest stockist on our stores list. You can also purchase your wedding gown online, you will be requested to enter your measurements and proceed to payment so that our seamstresses can start working on your unique creation!
We recommend having your wedding date and venue booked before you begin your search for a dress. It is important to have the date and location established so you can envision the wedding’s overall look, and know when your dress needs to be read. We recommend having your first visit 6 to 8 months in advance of your marriage. Most of our brides have 3 - 4 appointments, although this might vary depending on your needs and the boutique's schedule. In general, there is a first appointment to try on the dresses you have loved on our site. This will be your first point of contact with our brand and will allow you to see how you feel on a Rime Arodaky. Then, we will schedule a second appointment with one of our seamstresses so that she can take your measurements. Third and fourth appointments will be to try on the dress and make any alterations needed. As for Second Looks, Resort, and SALE articles, they are already stocked in our facilities. After receiving your payment, they are ready to ship!
Keep your dress stored in its original garment bag. Leave it in a dry place, not exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Place the dress on a flat surface rather than suspending it on a hanger in order to minimize the risk of stretching. Steam your dress the day before your wedding. Maintain an adequate distance between the steamer and the dress. In case of minor imperfections, clean it with a clean white fabric, Marseille soap and some water.
Your dress might suffer from a crazy night of dancing. We recommend taking it to the dry cleaner after. Once clean, fold your dress and place it in a Rime Arodaky conservation box.
Preorders are a limited-time opportunity to order ahead of anyone else. They also include some unique pieces from the collection that might never make it to retail. We will deliver these pieces as soon as they are ready.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship globally! All orders are sent via DHL and dispatched from our warehouse in Paris, France.
We endeavor to ship all ready-to-wear orders within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched. Bridal Gowns purchased online will be shipped in 2 to 4 months. Please contact us if you need a rush order at [email protected]
We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. If incorrect details have been submitted, we suggest that you contact us immediately via [email protected]
You will receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch to track your order. Please advise us if you require assistance in tracking your order.
All sale or outlet items are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered. For hygienic reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewelry. Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty, we are unable to accept items back, or provide a refund for made-to-order goods, such as gowns, veils and sketches. Due to the fragility of boxes and garment bags, these are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the 14 day returns period, or that are worn or present signs of use.
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your RIME ARODAKY account or back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or canceled by our service.
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
All duties and taxes are included. The price paid at checkout is the final price to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work, or an alternative address. You have 14 days from receiving your order to: Request an exchange or return at [email protected] Use DHL free pick up service Send back your purchases Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Please see the tips below to keep your items in returnable condition: SHOES: 
When trying on shoes, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bags and shoebox. The shoebox forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in outer packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted. 
 JUMPSUITS, SEPARATES AND DRESSES
: Please be careful of make-up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. We will return any item that has stains or odors.
 JEWELRY: 
For hygienic reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of jewelry.
 VEILS: 
All sails are made to order, and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
 WEDDING GOWNS
: All wedding gowns are made to order, and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
 SALES ITEMS
: A small number of heavily discounted items can be found in the SALE / LAST CHANCE category, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
 BIG BOXES AND GARMENT BAGS BY RIME ARODAKY: 
Due to the fragility of these products, they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. Please, feel free to return your purchase without this box / garment bag. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Item exchanges are free for all orders (except gowns, veils, earrings and sketches). Why not contact our fashion advisors to help you choose the perfect size? Online: Click on the link you received on your email by DHL. Make sure your country/region is correct in the top-right hand corner of the page and follow these steps: - You will be asked if you need a return label. Select ‘No’ followed by ‘Next’ as you will receive the return label from us. If you do not have a return label, please contact us at [email protected] - In the drop down select the DHL waybill to book your collection. The 10-digit waybill is located under the barcode of your return label. - Enter or confirm your collection address and any specific instructions for the driver. - Add the weight (around 2kg) and dimensions of the parcel - Use the cursor arrows to select your preferred date and collection window. 
 Phone: You can also visit dhl.com to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL Express branch. Remember to quote our account number found in your returns email as well as your waybill number. DHL Drop Off: If you prefer, you can take your return to your nearest DHL Express service point.

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your RIME ARODAKY account or future orders being refused.

We recommend you to ask for any specific styles in advance by contacting the boutique directly. Our boutiques have a wide selection of gowns, but it might be that they do not have the one you are looking for. Our flagship located in Paris is the only store that carries all the gowns.

THE WHITE AVENUE, PARIS

A credit card imprint will be requested when booking the appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is free up to 72 hours.
Before booking your fitting, it’s always a good idea to have an idea of the style, silhouette, and budget you'd like to adhere to. By keeping these details top of mind, it'll be easier to find a dress that not only looks the part but keeps you comfortable while celebrating on your big day. We suggest to keep your guest count small, as it allows the appointment's focus to stay on you while making sure that feedback is coming from the most genuine place. We allow two guests per fitting.
Since you might try a variety of styles, be sure to bring a sticky bra and nude underwear. Don't worry about the shoes, you will be able to do your fitting with any of our Rime Arodaky shoes. Our stylists will be able to help you find the perfect pair!
Rime Arodaky gowns are made to measure and the experience includes fittings and in-house alterations. Please, note that alterations are not included on the price of the dress.
Of course! Rime Arodaky gowns are made-to-order following standard and split sizes. Our great team of seamstresses will make sure that the gown is perfect for you.
Unfortunately this will not be possible. Our atelier is dedicated to the making and alterations of our wedding gowns.
The White Avenue is a private showroom in which our stylists offer a personalized experience. Unfortunately we will not be able to welcome you if you have not booked an appointment in advance.

Once you’ve picked your bridal dress, we'll take your measurements and help you to decide what size is most appropriate for you. We require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due when the dress arrives. Due to the nature of made-to-order dresses, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns!
