GENERAL INFO

Our Ready-to-Wear items, shoes and accessories are already stocked in our facilities (unless specified in the description of the item) and are ready to ship.
You can either customize an existing gown (e.g., adding or removing the slit), or you can design a fully unique dress with our team. For both options, please contact us at [email protected]. On the other hand, our Ready-to-Wear line cannot be altered by us, however, please get in touch at [email protected] if you have any requests.
Clients located in Paris (or visiting!) can request to pick up their online orders in our flagship at no extra cost. Returns can also be done in store, with previous email confirmation. Please note that fittings will not be possible unless an appointment has been scheduled. This service is only available at our Paris flagship (10 Rue Eugene Labiche, 75016, Paris, France).
Our Rime Arodaky flagship boutiques are based in Paris (10 Rue Eugene Labiche, 75016, Paris, France) and New York City (426 West Broadway, NY 10012). You can easily book a fitting through our website. We also work with bridal retailers all over the world that stock a range of our gowns. Find the closest one to you on the “Stores” section on our website. You can also purchase your wedding gown online, please get in touch at [email protected] to know more about this process.
The Ready-to-Wear line is ready to ship (unless specified in the description of the item) and will be with you in less than 10 days. We however recommend ordering beforehand to have enough time to do the alterations with no stress. For the bridal gowns, we recommend having your first appointment 6 to 8 months before your event as this category is made to order. Most of our brides have 3 to 4 fittings although this might vary depending on your needs and the boutique's schedule. Contact us at [email protected] if you need a gown in a rush.
Keep your dress stored in its original garment bag, you can easily purchase one on our website. Leave it in a dry place, not exposed to heat or direct sunlight. Place the dress on a flat surface rather than suspending it on a hanger to minimize the risk of stretching. Steam your dress the day before your wedding. Maintain an adequate distance between the steamer and the dress. In case of minor imperfections, clean it with a clean white fabric, Marseille soap and some water.
Your dress might suffer from a crazy night of dancing. We recommend taking it to the dry cleaner after and ask for a professional dry cleaning. You can then store it in the Rime Arodaky garment bag and/or conservation box.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship globally! All orders are sent via DHL Express and dispatched from our warehouse in Paris, France.
We endeavor to ship all Ready-to-Wear orders within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched and receive the tracking information. Bridal Gowns purchased online will be shipped in 2 to 4 months. Please contact us if you need a rush gown at [email protected]
We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. If incorrect details have been submitted, we suggest that you contact us immediately via [email protected]
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 24 hours from the delivery of the package at [email protected]
All duties and taxes for international orders are included. The price paid at checkout is the final price paid by the customer.

RETURNS

Once the order is delivered to you, you have 14 calendar days to ask for an exchange or refund. For us to accept the return, the items must be in a perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the 14 days return period, or that are worn or present signs of use. Due to hygienic reasons, we don't accept exchanges or refunds on earrings. Due to their fragility, the big Rime Arodaky storage box is non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns on made-to-order products (long gowns, runway items, veils, and sketches), items that have been customized and replacement items. Gift cards are non-refundable. All orders placed on runway items and bridal gowns cannot be cancelled.
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your RIME ARODAKY account or back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. The shipping costs will be deducted from the price of the items. Express Shipping is non-refundable.
Once the order is delivered to you, you have 14 calendar days to ask for an exchange or refund. We will share with you a DHL return label and you will be able to either schedule a pick-up at your home or drop off the package at a DHL point. Returns that do not meet our policy, that are sent without our return label or without our return confirmation will be refused.

Can I return my order from another location?
The return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. If you chose the Express Shipping, this fee is non-refundable by us.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your RIME ARODAKY account or future orders being refused.

STORES

Our Rime Arodaky flagship boutiques are based in Paris and New York. You can easily book a consultation through our site. Otherwise, we work with retailers all over the world that stock a range of our gowns. Find your closest retailer on our stores list and book an appointment directly with them.
We recommend you ask for any specific styles in advance by contacting the boutique directly. Our boutiques have a wide selection of gowns, but it might be that they do not have the one you are looking for. Our flagship The White Avenue located in Paris is the only store that carries all the gowns.

RIME ARODAKY FLAGSHIP STORES

For the gowns, we recommend having your first appointment 6 to 8 months before your marriage as this line is made to order. Most of our brides have 2 to 3 fittings although this might vary depending on your needs and schedule. The first appointment is usually to try on the gowns you love from our collection, the following ones will be to take your measurements, try on the dress and make the needed alterations. Before booking your fitting, it’s always a good idea to have an idea of the style, silhouette, and budget you'd like to adhere to. By keeping these details top of mind, it'll be easier to find a dress that not only looks the part but keeps you comfortable while celebrating on your big day. We suggest keeping your guest count small, as it allows the appointment's focus to stay on you while making sure that feedback is coming from the most genuine place. We allow two guests per fitting.
Since you might try a variety of styles, be sure to bring a sticky bra and nude underwear. Don't worry about the shoes, you will be able to do your fitting with any of our Rime Arodaky shoes. Our stylists will be able to help you find the perfect pair.
Rime Arodaky gowns are made to measure, and the experience includes fittings and in-house alterations. Alterations are not possible on our Ready-to-Wear items at our Parisian Atelier.
Of course! Rime Arodaky gowns are made-to-order following standard and split sizes. Our great team of seamstresses will make sure that the gown is perfect for you.

All items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged. If you chose a showroom pickup, try on the outfit when you come and validate it, we will not be able to issue a refund.
