ARE ALL BOUTIQUES OPEN?
At Rime Arodaky we feel as responsible for the wellbeing of our employees, partners and beautiful brides as much as feel for our families. That is why, without giving space to fear, we are taking a cautious approach by keeping some of our retail locations closed. We plan to take a phased approach to reopening, dependent on local government directives and guidance from local health authorities.
AM I ASSUMING A RISK BY PURCHASING ONLINE?
Taking all the needed precautions, we continue to ship your beautiful dream pieces worldwide. All our employees are following the sanitary guidelines provided by the OMS.
I PURCHASED MY GOWN PRE-COVID19. WERE THE COUTURIERES ABLE TO MAKE IT?
One of the biggest capabilities that we have as a small company is the ability to adapt. Our seamstresses have taken our beautiful materials and sewing machines and continued to work from home in an effort to continue delivering your beautiful creations. If you wish to know where we are at on your order, please contact your boutique.
I PLANNED TO VISIT A BOUTIQUE THAT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. CAN I STILL KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS AND PRICES?

I HAVE FOUND MY DREAM GOWN. CAN YOU MAKE IT FOR ME?
We are currently accepting new orders from brides getting married in summer. Please, contact us and provide us your name, dream gown, delivery location and wedding date. We will then agree on a delivery date and request our seamstresses to start working on your beautiful creation. All from home!
WILL MY ORDER EXPERIENCE ANY DELAYS?
In order to keep our employees safe, our distribution operations have suffered a slow down and our packages are only sent once per week. You might therefore experience some small delays on your deliveries, but never more than 10 days.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
If your product is eligible for a return or exchange, there are ways to do so while staying safe at home. We recommend you to use either DHL or UPS pick up service to return your Rime Arodaky from the comfort of your home.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
We focus on keeping our people, and community safe, which means limiting the number of people working at any given time, which may cause some delays to return processing.
