DO YOU HAVE A RIME ARODAKY SIZE GUIDE?
You will find a size guide by clicking on "Size guide" on any Ready to wear product page. Nonetheless, we will be happy to help you find your perfect size! You just need to send us your measurements.
Note: Sizing may vary depending on cut and style, but don't worry! We have a Returns policy in case your Rime Arodaky does not fit perfectly.
Please, note that our gowns are made to measure so there is no need to fit into a standard size! We will be happy to design your dream gown so that it fits you perfectly.
I AM IN LOVE WITH AN ITEM BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO?
Good news! Our Ready to wear articles are restocked constantly! You can either visit the product page of your favorite Rime Arodaky, select the preferred size and a box will appear where you will be able to introduce your email. Otherwise, you can send us an email with your preferred article and size and you will be notified when restocked!
I AM IN LOVE WITH A GOWN THAT IS NOT ON THE SITE. WHAT CAN I DO?
Once per year we remove some of our gowns from our collection so that we can introduce some novelty for you. If the one that makes you cry tears of joy is from one of our previous collections, you might be lucky! All our gowns are made by our couturières so if we still have all the fabrics needed we will be able to recreate this beautiful piece for you! Contact us to know if we can make your dress. Please, include the name of the article and any pictures you have found online!

MY CARD KEEPS ON BEING DECLINED. WHAT CAN I DO TO PROCEED WITH MY PAYMENT?
Firstly, make sure that you have inputted all the correct details (we all do mistakes sometimes!). If all the introduced information is correct, contact your bank account to ensure that there are no problems with the card: most of us have a maximum spending amount and we are not even aware of that! If that is the issue, your bank can raise your daily / monthly spending in just a phone call! However, if the issue persists, contact us and submit the details so that we can help you find another option. Please, include as many details as possible!
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Although this is highly improvable, we do make mistakes! Contact us and we will get this fixed asap. Please, include the following information:
