Yes! We accept returns or exchanges placed within 14 days from the delivery date.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Products must be submitted in 14 days following receipt of the products. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria
We offer returns to make your online shopping experience easier, however, we monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and may lead to future orders being refused. We will contact you if this applies to your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by mail if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.
As much as we want to treat our customers, please, note that if your order contained a free gift and you wish to return it, you will either have to return the gift or we will deduct its price from your refund.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following categories considered Final Sale:
Gowns, Veils, Sketches, Accessories or any personalized pieces. Items from the "Grande Vente" will also be included in this category.
ARE ALL ARTICLES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
HOW CAN I PLACE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
For international returns, we highly recommend using a private carrier such as DHL, FedEx or UPS as your return will arrive faster than with a public service.
To place the return, you can either visit a post office or create the shipping label on the carrier's website. Remember to remove all papers sticked outside the box before placing your return. Please, note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns outside EU, remember that you need to create and print your label and 3 copies of the commercial invoice.
Brides located in France can log into their account and click on the returns tab to receive their return label. This will have to be printed and sticked on the outside of the box.
CAN I RETURN MORE THAN ONE ORDER IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
Of course! We are all in - less packages, less environmental impact!
DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. The customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties for its return, with the exception of all potential customs duties.
RIME ARODAKY cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.
