Yes! We accept returns or exchanges placed within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns from our 'Private Sales' need to be placed 7 days from the delivery date.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Products must be submitted in 14 days following receipt of the products. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following categories considered Final Sale: Gowns, Veils, Sketches, Accessories or any personalized pieces.
ARE ALL ARTICLES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Our returns guarantee allows you to return the product for any reason. The costs incurred for returning an article are at customer's own expense. When returning goods, please make sure that on the airbill and the package it is clearly stated 'RETURNED GOODS. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE'. Any import taxes will be deducted from the final refund.
French customers benefit from free returns.

CAN I RETURN MORE THAN ONE ORDER IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
Clients located in Paris (or visiting!) can request to pick up their orders in store at no extra cost. Returns can also be done in store, with previous email confirmation. Please, note that fittings will not be possible in the Showroom.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service in other boutiques.
DO YOU OFFER PICK UP / DROP OFF SERVICES ON YOUR BOUTIQUES?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by mail if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.
As much as we want to treat our customers, please, note that if your order contained a free gift and you wish to return it, you will either have to return the gift or we will deduct its price from your refund.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable. Sales taxes are only refundable within the EU.
DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
We offer returns to make your online shopping experience easier, however, we monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and may lead to future orders being refused. We will contact you if this applies to your account.
RIME ARODAKY cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.
You can use any carrier of your liking, however we highly recommend DHL / UPS. Public carriers such as USPS tend to be slower and do not provide a good tracking.
