How do I purchase my dress through the e-showroom ?

5/ E-fittings with your personal stylist through video conference. Determination of the alterations that need to be done in your country.
Is it possible to make variations?
It it possible to close the side openings by 2 to 3 cm, as well as suppressing the pockets. For any other alteration, ask your stylist.
Are the alterations made by Maison Rime Arodaky?
Your personal stylist will advise you on the fittings that need to be done. However these alterations have to be made by your care by a seamstress in your country. As the seamstress needs to see the dress on your body to make the alterations. Ask you stylist, we may know seamstresses in your city!
I am hesitating on ordering a dress as I cannot see enough details or can’t determine the color.
We understand that is it evidently important to see and touch the fabric to choose your dream dress. Your personal stylist can send you samples of the fabric for you to envision the dress better. Don’t hesitate to ask your stylist more photos, vidéos, or details!
I fell in love with a dress but I don’t know if it will fit my body shape?

I haven’t chosen my shoes yet, how will we do for the length of the dress?
Please let us know the maximum height of heels you might want to wear. Our ateliers will then determine the minimum length to respect.
What happens if I lose or put on weight?
Alterations are always doable if you lose or put on a bit a weight (maximum 2cm). However, we recommend trying your best to keep a stable weight to avoir changing the proportions of the dress.
How should I accessorize my dress?
A choice of accessories is available on our e-shop: veils, perfectos, jackets, hair accessories, etc. Your personal stylist will assist you in finding the best designs to match your dress!
What underwear should I wear?
We advise wearing silicon stick on bras & underwear with no seams of skin like colors. Your stylist will advise you on the model to choose depending on your dress!

When will I receive my dress?
You will receive your dress about 4 months after making your order.
Are returns available?
Ceremony dresses are made-to-order in our French Ateliers with the utmost care of our seamstress fairies. For this reason, returns are unavailable. Do not worry, your personal stylist will assist your through your e-Rime Arodaky experience, to help you choose the dress that will fit you best in terms of shape & style!
How will it be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via UPS, 2 to 3 working days delays in France, 3 to 7 internationally.
Your dress will be protected in silk paper & in a Rime Arodaky box. A slipcover & hanger will be slipped in your delivery so you can preserve your dress after your D-day!
