Exchanges and returns

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.


You have 14 days from receiving your order to:

  • Request an exchange or return at [email protected]

  • Use DHL free pick up service

  • Send back your purchases


Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Please see the tips below to keep your items in returnable condition:


  • SHOES
    When trying on shoes, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bag and shoebox. The shoebox forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing in outer packaging when sending back to us otherwise, it will not be accepted. 

  • JUMPSUITS, SEPARATES AND DRESSES
    Please be careful of make-up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. We will return any item that has stains or odors.

  • JEWELRY
    For hygienic reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of jewelry.

  • VEILS
    All sails are made to order, and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • WEDDING GOWNS
    All wedding dresses are made to order, and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • SALES ITEMS
    A small number of heavily discounted items can be found in the SALE / LAST CHANCE category, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.



Need a different size ?

Item exchanges are free for orders delivered within the European Union. 

If you are located outside the European Union (including UK and Switzerland), simply return the order for store credit and purchase the new size or item separately.

Returning your purchase

As soon as you've decided you'd like to return your order, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. Please follow the below steps:  

  • Request an exchange or return at [email protected]

  • We will send you a form to fill out. Indicate the reason for this return. If you would like to make an exchange, select the size of your choice.

  • You will then receive an e-mail containing the instructions for this return as well as the return note and the pro forma invoice (if you live outside the European Union).

  • Make sure the box is tightly closed before sending it.

  • Arrange free collection of your items. Please note that the company responsible for delivering your purchases is now DHL.


How to arrange DHL collection?

Online

Click on the link here or in your returns email. Make sure your country/region is correct in the top-right hand corner of the page and follow these steps:

  • You will be asked if you need a return label. Select ‘No’ followed by ‘Next’ as you will receive the return label from us. If you do not have a return label, please contact us at [email protected]

  • In the drop down select the DHL waybill to book your collection. The 10-digit waybill is located under the barcode of your return label.

  • Enter or confirm your collection address and any specific instructions for the driver.

  • Add the weight (around 2kg) and dimensions of the parcel

  • Use the cursor arrows to select your preferred date and collection window.

You can also visit dhl.com to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL Express branch. Remember to quote our account number found in your returns email.

DHL Drop Off

If you prefer, you can take your return to your nearest DHL Express service point.


Additional Information

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.


Receiving a refund

You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your RIME ARODAKY account or back to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or canceled by our service.

If your order is sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Countries outside EU (including UK and Switzerland) may be subject to return duties and taxes. These will be deducted from your final refund.

Return shipping will be deducted from the final refund.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your RIME ARODAKY account or future orders being refused.
