MY SIZE IS TOO LARGE / SMALL. CAN I EXCHANGE IT ?
Yes! We accept exchanges (as long as the size is available). Any exchange must be requested with a maximum of 14 natural days after receiving the order. Please note that exchanges are only available for our Second Looks and Resort collections.
I AM BETWEEN SIZES. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
We are a bridal couture boutique, using noble materials and no elastane. Therefore, our pieces might suit you perfectly on the bottom and be slightly large on the bodice or the other way round. Especially for our jumpsuits, we recommend visiting a tailor so that he / she can make it fit to perfection. Exchanging your article for a larger or smaller size might not be the best option for you!
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE ?
You have 14 natural days from the delivery date to ship your return. To do so:
Log into your profile page and request a return
Select the article you wish to return
State the reason why you are returning the item
Chose wether you want a refund, exchange or store credit
Print your return label and ship the package!
Please note that products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. The products must be returned in a perfect condition in its original packaging undamaged.

ARE ALL ARTICLES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN ?
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following categories considered Final Sale : Bridal gowns, veils, sketches, accessories or any personalized pieces.
CAN I USE A CARRIER OF MY OWN ?
Unfortunately we will refuse any package that does not use our return label.
CAN I RETURN MORE THAN ONE ORDER IN THE SAME PACKAGE ?
Of course! We are all in - less packages, less environmental impact !
CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE I PURCHASED IN STORE ?
We only accept returns and exchanges of articles purchased through our website. Please share your concerns / reclamations with the boutique where you purchased your Rime Arodaky.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail if your return is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.
We offer returns to make your online shopping experience easier, however, we monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and may lead to future orders being refused. We will contact you if this applies to your account.
